Every single panel is precision-crafted by hand down to the exact measurement, ensuring a perfect fit.

This 7/8's corrugated metal fence panel features our proprietary fencing-specific 26 gauge rustproofed steel sheets. We utilize GRK equivalent fasteners in 52 places on each panel that do not split or back out. 

With identical no fade HDP colour on both sides and commercial grade rustproofing, we then frame our panels with select grade honey-brown KDBT spruce-pine-fir blend.

We assemble our Coastal wood and metal fence with corrugated metal sheets surrounded by a pressure treated wood frame. You can do a vertical or horizontal corrugated metal fence. We make each sheet of metal ourselves using the latest methods that exceed the specifications of our competitors.

• Metal Thickness

For "The Coastal" metal fence panel we use a gauge 26 corrugated metal. Our corrugated metal overlaps 3 times in two spots creating a strong panel. We produce gauge 26 corrugated metal sheets as the inserts within our pressure treated wood frames. We currently make black metal fence panels and grey metal fence panels.

• Rust Proofing

Our corrugated metal fence panels are identical on both sides. If you buy Corrugated metal sheets for roofing or siding only one side is rust-resistant. We ensure that both sides are rust proof before painting while not raising the corrugated metal fence cost for our customers. This is the best long term fencing option.

• Paint that Won't Fade

Selecting the right type of paint is important in how long your fence will maintain its original colour. We call this NoFade paint, which regardless of time or heat exposure, will retain its strength and sheen for years to come.

• Flush Overlaps

We built our coastal metal fence panel to look the same on both sides. Other inferior options using roofing or siding require paint matching. We roll the metal edges to sit flush so your finished fence project will look the same on both sides of the fence panel. Traditional metal roofing and siding only looks good on one side when overlapped.

3. The Method

When we build our corrugated metal fence panels we want to ensure that they are solid metal fence panels. We utilize a specific assembly and quality control approach to ensure perfection. Our metal fence panels are assembled with our unique ScrewGuard 52 Point Fastening System. Every piece of lumber is pre-cut and pre-drilled. The last thing you want is to have panels that have varying measurements and do not fit between posts.

Every Coastal metal fence panel we assemble with weatherproof screws and we pre-drill each hole before assembly. Canadian weather can be extreme, the top rail has no exposed screws, everything is pre-drilled and assembled on a jig with expert knowledge. Our fence offers true measurements that allow a seamless fence install between wood posts.
